2023 is a history-making year for KAMA! It is my honor and privilege to be the third consecutive woman and first Hospitalist to serve KAMA as president. And together with our remarkable Executive Committee, we are bringing this year’s Annual Scientific Convention to Chicago for the first time. Please spread the word and mark your calendars to join us from September 22nd through the 24th as we celebrate this year’s theme of Transforming Medicine through Quality and Innovation. Registration and additional information will be posted here shortly along with our program featuring the American Medical Association’s president-elect Dr. Jesse Ehrenfeld among other national leaders in medical practice, education, industry and research.

2023 will also be a year of engagement and growth as we continue to bridge the generations of our members in KAMA, KAMRAF and KAMSA to advance and sustain KAMA’s legacy of honoring clinical and academic excellence throughout the Korean American physician community. Members of KAMA will have new and exciting opportunities to become involved in shaping our association’s future. Your engagement and support are critical to our mission to promote new ideas and incorporate membership diversity in all of the events we sponsor throughout the year.
