Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance and identify issues
• Recommend solutions and advise management on capitalization (amounts, sources, timing)
• Lead efforts to modernize financial operations
• Support executive decision-making and financial planning
• Review monthly expenditures for control and efficiency
• Examine and recommend operating budgets
• Consult with managers on budget adjustments aligned with project changes
• Seek ways to increase efficiency and profitability
• Manage financial records for construction projects
• Track project budgets, costs, and expenditures
• Prepare, analyze, and verify project financial documentation
• Conduct cost control and variance analysis
• Ensure documentation accuracy and conformance to standards
• Report on asset utilization and audit outcomes
• Report to Advisory CFO & President

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 months experience as staff or intern with revenue analysis and sales data review
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
